About us

WE-estate is a project control platform built for real-estate developers. It grew out of day-to-day work on residential and mixed-use projects in Egypt, where budgets, schedules, contracts, sales and handover usually live in separate spreadsheets and email threads.

What we do We bring every department onto one line. Each team enters its own work, approvals move from department to department with clear limits, and management sees where every project, phase and building stands, including what is waiting on whom.

Who it's for Developers running one project or a full portfolio: project management, cost control, procurement, contracts, sales, customer care, handover and facility management.
