Refund policy

Trials New companies can start with a free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial.

Monthly plans Monthly fees are not refunded once a billing month has started. Cancelling stops the next charge.

Yearly plans If you cancel within 14 days of a yearly payment, we refund the full amount. After that, the plan runs to the end of the paid year and is not refunded.

Set-up and data import One-off set-up, data import and training fees are not refundable once the work has started.

Service problems If the service is unavailable for a long period because of a problem on our side, we will credit or refund the affected time.

How to ask Email us with your company name and the payment details. Approved refunds are paid back by the original payment method within 14 working days.
