Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of WE-estate by a company that subscribes ("the customer") and the people it adds to its workspace.

The service WE-estate provides a hosted project control application, a workspace at its own web address, and support. Features depend on the plan chosen.

Accounts The customer's admins add and remove users and decide what each can see. Every user must keep their password and authenticator app private. The customer is responsible for activity in its workspace.

The customer's data Data the customer enters or imports remains the customer's. WE-estate processes it only to provide the service. The customer can export it while subscribed.

Fees Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, as agreed in the order or quote. Prices may change at renewal with 30 days' notice.

Acceptable use The service may not be used to break the law, to upload malicious code, or to try to access another company's workspace.

Availability and support We aim to keep the service available at all times, apart from planned maintenance, and to answer support requests within one working day.

Liability The service is provided to support the customer's own decisions. WE-estate is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.

Ending the subscription Either side may end the subscription at the end of a billing period. We may suspend a workspace if fees are unpaid or these terms are seriously broken.

Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes go to the courts of Cairo.
