Privacy policy

This policy explains what information WE-estate collects, why, and how it is protected. It applies to weestate.app and to every company workspace on it.

What we collect Website enquiries: the name, company, email, phone and message you send us through the demo form. Workspace accounts: name, work email, department and sign-in records of people a company adds to its workspace. Project data: the budgets, schedules, contracts, units, customers and documents a company enters or imports. This data belongs to that company.

How we use it To reply to enquiries, to provide and support the service, to send the emails the app needs (such as approvals and sign-in details), and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data or use project data for advertising.

Who can see it Each company's data is kept separate from other companies. Inside a workspace, the company's own admins decide who sees which projects and sections. A small number of WE-estate staff can access workspaces to provide support.

Where it is kept Data is stored with established cloud providers in data centres in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. Every account signs in with a password and an authenticator app.

How long we keep it Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Workspace data is kept while the subscription is active and deleted within 90 days of it ending, unless the company asks for an export or earlier deletion.

Your choices You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data by emailing us. People in a company workspace can also ask their company's admin.

Changes We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
